Details

This remote gives you easy access to brightness and colour temperature settings for your Glow LED Light Strips, without needing to use an app. It does not work with the Glow Beam.

Compatibility & use

Designed to work with the Acupanel Glow LED Light Strips only, giving you control over power, brightness and colour temperature. It is not compatible with the Glow Beam.

Remote pairing & setup

The remote pairs easily with compatible Acupanel Glow LED systems and is ready to use out of the box.

To pair the remote:

Insert one CR2032 coin battery into the remote.
On the WiFi dimmer box, press and hold both brightness buttons at the same time for 2 seconds. The LED strips will flash three times to indicate pairing mode.
Immediately press the power button on the remote. The remote indicator will flash three times to confirm successful pairing.

You have 10 seconds to complete the pairing before the dimmer box exits pairing mode. If pairing does not occur, repeat the steps above.

To remove an existing pairing:

Repeat Step 2, but hold the brightness buttons for 5 seconds instead of 2.

The remote can be paired to multiple Glow LED receivers. Simply repeat the pairing process for each additional LED strip.

What lighting products is the remote compatible with?

The Acupanel Glow LED Light Strips only. It is not compatible with the Glow Beam, which has its own onboard controls and cannot be paired with a remote.

What does this remote control?

Your Acupanel Glow LED Light Strips. It controls power, brightness and colour temperature. It does not control the Glow Beam.

Is the remote required to use the Glow LED Light Strips?

No. The Glow LED Light Strips work without it, using the supplied dimmer box or the free SmartLife app. The remote simply adds a more convenient way to control them.
